Great party hotel. Booked 3 villa garden view rooms. Private pool was the best. Rooms were clean and better than the photos on Agoda.Breakfast was good taking in consideration it is an island. Staff were friendly and helpfull. It is a party hotel, so be ready for the noise. Did not bother us. I will be back.

Our room had no hanging space and the noise from the pool party area was terrible. The whole room vibrated as it is a dry wall construction. The hotel not at all wheelchair friendly. Inside courtyard pool a bit better but service from staff poor. Meals were double the price of restaurants around the corner. Service was non existent. General appearance tacky and yard untidy. Some rooms very claustrophobic, lacking privacy. Most rooms have no view. Very much a hippy backpacker place and not recommended for people used to slightly better things in life.

service is not at all up to the mark. the staff is very negligent about the clients. They have this don't care attitude towards their clients. Maybe they do not care at all to give good service as they have too many people booking & giving them business. the bathrooms are too too unclean & pathetic. unclean rooms. mixed dorms are a pain as you end u with nonsense people and staff has no say when we complain about the inconvenience. i DOUBT i WILL VER CHOSE THIS PLACE AGAIN

Hostel and rooms at great location with direct sea access. Has small pool which hosts popular pool party few days a week which is open to all. Do not go here if you like to sleep in peace as there are 3-4 bars who put out loud music all night in competition. Felt little expensive for just Cosharing bunk beds. Restrooms and Stay is well maintained.

It’s a great hostel if you are only looking for partying until late at night. As for the rest of the hotel, rooms and common areas I only have negative comments. You need to pay a 500 baht deposit for the key and also towels cost additional 200 baht. I would definitely choose a different hotel next time.

This is the WORST hotel I have EVER stayed in. The staff are incredibly rude and have horrible attitudes, one of the reception ladies yelled at me. Not sure where to even start because I have so many complaints. Firstly they only provide you with two tiny bottles of water per day. If you request more they wont give you any until the next day. For the price I paid to stay in the villa I would expect them not to be stingy with water. This place also charges you for every single thing. If you want new beach towels, you get charged. They charged us for “missing”spoons from my room even though we didn’t even use the spoons. We had items stolen from our room, and when we complained about this no one cared to do anything. One night when I was ill I called doctors to come to my room, and someone who I assumed worked at the hotel entered my room, and started taking pictures of me and the medical staff inside my room. When I questioned him he just laughed and left. I am absolutely appalled by the service and treatment I have received at Ibiza house. Stay anywhere else on the island except here. You can still go to the pool party without being a guest here.
